Ring Out Ring In

 

Ring Out Ring In is a family event that celebrates the changing of the year.  Held early in the day on New Year’s Eve, December 31, Ring Out Ring In features old-fashioned horse drawn wagon rides around the Barlow vineyards at the pace of times past.  Visitors see the vineyards in their dormant season when various pruning styles are visible and learn about the year-round nature of vineyard work and the grape growing terroir.
Inside Barlow’s Mill, the changing year is celebrated in song and ceremony.  Ringing bells, singing songs and ritual wish making activities are suitable for families with young children and all others interested in step-back-in-time heritage experiences.  Simple winter refreshments are available.
